As a senior associate at Shemkus Family Law, P.A., Mayra Talarico exclusively practices marital and family law. Mayra Talarico is a long-time resident of Collier Conty who managed her own family law practice from June of 2017 until November of 2025 when she joined Shemkus Family Law, P.A. Mayra began her legal career as a transactional real estate attorney in the City of Naples and later joined the State Attorney’s Office where she served the Citizens of Southwest Florida in the Collier County office with a focus on misdemeanor domestic violence and various felony cases. Mayra has extensive trial and litigation experience, but also highly values the negotiated settlement agreement as the best way for parties to find peace and finality in matters involving spouses, significant others, and above all, minor children. She is passionate about her family law cases, and she strives to counsel her clients through the family law process while protecting and advocating for their rights while preserving their dignity and respect throughout.
