Meet Edwin F. Murphy, Your Family Law Advocate
Edwin “Ed” F. Murphy has limited his practice to family law since 1996. With his experience and knowledge as a Florida Supreme Court Board Certified Family Law Attorney, he is committed to protecting, educating, and guiding each client throughout a challenging and difficult process.
Many challenges can arise in a divorce, modification/enforcement, or prenuptial agreement. Whatever the situation, Ed takes care to educate and support his clients so they are in a position to make decisions in the best interest of themselves and their families while also maintaining their dignity and self-esteem.
Taking a case to trial is a complex and expensive affair, and that is why negotiating a successful settlement is always a priority. Either through trial or settlement, properly preparing for trial is the best method of reaching a successful and satisfactory result. Ed is a talented negotiator and litigator and will take the appropriate approach based on a client’s unique needs and goals.
